What is outcome-based pricing?
You pay a flat monthly base fee for platform access, plus a small percentage of the actual dollar savings our AI tools identify for you. If the FTA Maximizer finds $10,000 in annual trade agreement savings, Growth plan charges 5% ($500) for that month. You keep $9,500. If no savings are found, no outcome fee is charged.
Are outcome fees charged automatically?
Outcome fees accrue throughout the month and are summarized on your dashboard. You can see your estimated fee at any time before it's invoiced. Billing runs at the end of each calendar month. You'll always see a line-item breakdown: base subscription + classifications used + FTA savings fee + drawback fees.
What if the FTA savings tools aren't live yet?
The FTA Maximizer and Drawback Generator are in development. Until they launch, no FTA or drawback outcome fees are charged — you only pay the base subscription. We'll notify you before outcome billing goes live for those features.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade anytime — changes take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of the billing period already paid.
